(hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer")
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Organizer and participants of sports activities, social events, trips, workshops, and other events organized by the Organizer.
By making a reservation for an event, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations are made through the Organizer's online reservation system.
A reservation becomes binding upon confirmation of the reservation and the deduction of the required number of credits from the participant's account.
The number of available spots for each event is limited. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
Participants may use the credit system to pay for event reservations.
Participants may cancel their reservation through the reservation system.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to circumstances including but not limited to:
In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, all credits used for the reservation will be refunded to the participant's account.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect or additional costs incurred by participants, including transportation, accommodation, or other related expenses.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behavior endangers others, violates event rules, or significantly disrupts the event.
Participation in events is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected activities.
The Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to participants' personal belongings.
Photographs and videos may be taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on the Organizer's website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
By attending an event, participants acknowledge that such photographs and recordings may be created.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials may contact the Organizer at any time and request the removal of identifiable content where reasonably possible.
The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

In accordance with Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, consumers acknowledge that the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to leisure services if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Participants who qualify as consumers under applicable law have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the competent authority in the Czech Republic.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated version will be published on the Organizer's website and will become effective upon publication.
These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of their publication.
